ABOUT

 

CHASSIS

HM tilt bed trailers are built on a 200 x 175 channel section chassis. Side rails are supported by ribs welded to the main section. A hydraulic ram at the front allows the bed to be tilted back for loading. This is locked into place for transport.

 

RUNNING GEAR

Standard running gear is heavy duty agricultural axles with all wheels braking. These are then mounted on new 385/65 R 22.5 super single wheels. Upgrading to high speed axles with an air / oil braking system is available along with various wheel & tyre options.

CONSTRUCTION

The floor is made from 4.5 - 6mm  durbar as standard. Hardwood timber is available on request. Two rear ramps facilitate loading. Drive over mudguards allow wide machines to pass over the wheels.
