ABOUT

 

CHASSIS

HM chassis is made from 355 grade (structural) rectangular hollow section. This gives greater strength and does not allow a build up of material on ledges.

 

RUNNING GEAR

HU 4/5/6 are single axle, ag spec, unless high speed is requested. HU 8/10 are twin axles with suspension.

 

BUCK

Single piece floor sheet, overlaid on cross ribbed box section. When lowered, the tipping buck sits on a rubber block which cushions the shock being transmitted from the chassis to the buck.

SIDE PANELS

HM utility trailers have horizontally folded side panels for greater strength.

 

DROP SIDES (DS)

The sides, posts and tailgate are removable leaving a flat trailer for alternative use. An extension is available to increase the floor length.
